Thank you for considering the SUNTREE RV Park as a stop on your journey.  The SUNTREE RV Park is the Real Value RV park in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene/Post Falls area.  Our rates are always among the lowest in this area.  Our base nightly rates of $34 to $40 + 8% tax (rate depends on the site selected and the date of arrival) applies to RV’s with up to two adults.  We also honor a 10% discount upon presentation of a current membership card from any RV/camping organization (such as Good Sam) or any auto club (such as AAA).  There is an additional daily charge of $3.00 for each extra adult, $2.00 for each child and $1.00 for each dog.  We strongly encourage reservations be made in advance.  Please call (208) 777 – 8888 to make a reservation.  Every reservation must be guaranteed with cash deposit or a personal credit card number. 

If your scheduled arrival date is less than 3 days from today ... your reservation is NON-cancelable.  If your reservation must be cancelled within 3 days of your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for the first night before any discounts are applied. 

If your reservation is more than 3 days from today ... any changes to it must be made prior to the close of business at least 3 days in advance of arrival, after which you will be charged for the first night before any discounts are applied.  If, for ANY reason, the reservation is cancelled OR if arrival or departure dates are altered anytime between now and 3 days prior to arrival there is a $10.00 reservation change/cancellation fee for EACH SITE reserved.

Certain reservations of groups of 2 or more RV's or reservations for 7 or more days require commitments of 7 days.
